Care at the Lake City Clinic is delivered by the Huckleberry care team, named after traditional medicine, known for its healing properties. Huckleberry care team includes:

Our Lake City Clinic is located on the second floor of North Helpline’s McDermott Place building. Enter through the second entrance to the building on 33rd Ave NE. Please use the Ring Camera doorbell to gain entry through the double doors on your left, then walk down the hall, and take the elevator to the second floor.

Parking
Please ask at the front desk for a parking permit. These permits are for four designated SIHB parking spots from the stop sign to the bus bench on 130th Street.
