Thunderbird Treatment Center, part of Seattle Indian Health Board (SIHB), is preparing to open its doors on Vashon Island in summer 2026. As we build a new, state-of-the-art facility dedicated to healing and recovery, we are seeking service-oriented, compassionate individuals to join our growing team.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape a new treatment center from the ground up while contributing to a mission rooted in compassion, cultural respect, and community care—For the Love of Native People.
Thunderbird is an in-patient residential treatment center that will support relatives with healing year-round. To meet the needs of the program, we are hiring roles that cover a variety of schedules, including day, evening, and overnight shifts.
