SIHB’s Family Saturday is April 18 from 10am – 2pm. Join us at the SIHB International District Clinic for Caring for a Village: Piece by Piece.
Check out the great activities we have planned:
- April is Autism Awareness Month! This month SIHB is holding space for kiddos with sensory sensitivities, creating a calm and fun-filled environment.
- Sensory room: kids can enjoy a fun camping set up in a quieter setting.
- Sensory food activity: Practice mindful eating with some tiny bites representing different sensations. From salty or sweet, to crunchy or soft, kids will fill a “passport” and get stamps of the different foods they try to receive a small prize.
- Dance Dance Revolution dancing mats!
- Dancing is a great way to get your body moving. Show off your skills at Family Saturday
- 🦄 Magical Millie is back! She’s here to show you that immunizations are a great way to protect yourself and your family from sickness. so be brave and get your vaccines today!
- Show us your heritage or tribal affiliation at our Magical Millie flag coloring station
- Where’s Millie? scavenger hunt: Keep your eyes peeled for our Millie plushies hidden around the clinic!
- Salads & sandwiches with Chef Liiv from Liiv for Flavor
- Tile painting, Giant puzzle activity, and more!
