Nutrition Services

Many chronic diseases and health conditions in Native communities are related to colonization. Our Registered Dietitians (RD) at the Seattle Indian Health Board acknowledge this and provide culturally attuned education, nutrition counseling, and goal setting to support long-term health. By embracing traditional values and food principles, like eating a variety of whole foods and engaging in physical activity, our Registered Dietitians can help you achieve your health-related goals.
