SIHB’s first Family Saturday of the year is January 17! Swing by the SIHB International District Clinic from 10am-2pm and welcome the new year with us. This month’s theme is Emerging with Resilience: Rest, Reflect, Renew. Many Coastal Indigenous tribes take time in the winter to gather together, sharing stories and songs. We use this space to check in with each other, to teach and learn from our relatives, and to get the rest we need to feel renewed in the months to come. This time reminds us that rest is essential for our health, not only physically but mentally as well.

Check out the great activities we have planned:
- Singing & Storytelling with Delbert Miller (Skokomish)
