Clinic Support Services – Resource Advocacy

Resource Advocates are available during clinic hours to provide information about Medicaid, Healthy Options, Basic Health Plan, Medicare and Social Security.  If you need assistance enrolling in a public health insurance plan, they can help you.  Resource Advocates can also help identify resources for other needs, such as food, clothing and transportation.  Please call 206-324-9360, ext 2811 or 2804.
