Chemical Dependency Services – Outpatient

Outpatient chemical dependency (CD) services include group and individual treatment programs. Crisis intervention, referral to support groups and mental health services are also significant options for patients receiving outpatient CD services.

Outpatient treatment is available during clinic hours at the Leschi Clinic located at 2611 - 12th Avenue South, Suite 200, in Seattle. Hours of clinic operation are 8:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
