This position is responsible for assisting in the formation and training of practice teams around moving toward a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model. This position will also write policies and protocols around the PCMH model.

Medical Assistant (Contingency Management Coordinator) – Closes 2/9/2012

This position is responsible for coordinating the administrative activities related to the Native Women’s Wellness project. This position will be responsible for assisting with the set up, implementation and follow-up of this project.
