Philosophy of Care: A physician's role
includes listening wholeheartedly, communicating
effectively, and providing comfort and care to patients in
their times of need. Through these actions, physicians
develop lasting relationships with patients and their
families. In this way, physicians can address the
healthcare needs of the individual as well as the community.
Specific Medical Interests: Rural
underserved areas, elders care, women's health, Native
American communities, and traditional medicine.
Personal Interests: Running, swimming, cooking,
reading and writing fiction, watching movies and spending
time with family and friends.
