Jonathan Sugarman, M.D., M.P.H.
Preventative Family Medicine

Dr. Sugarman is a graduate of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, NY (1981). He completed Family Medicine Residency (1984) and Preventive Medicine Residency (1990) at the University of Washington. Dr. Sugarman is an ABFP board certified physician, and was ABPM certified in 1991.

Dr. Sugarman has interest and experience in Indian health research as well as in the delivery of primary care to American Indians and clinical outcomes based health care. His research work has been extensively published.
