Clinic Support Services – Financial Screening

A Financial Eligibility Screener is available during clinic hours to help patients apply for discounted services at SIHB.  The Screener will help patients fill out forms and explain the documents needed to be eligible for discounted services.  The Financial Screener is located at the Patient Services counter, in the main lobby.  For more information. call 206-834-9360, ext 2592.
