Interstate 90 from Bellevue: · Take Interstate 90 to the Rainier Avenue South exit (north bound). · Proceed north on Rainier Ave. to Weller St. which is the first left after crossing Dearborn. · Go up the hill (west) to 12th Avenue. · The Administration Building is on the left corner before you go through the light. Visitor’s Parking is marked. · For the Medical Clinic, continue through the light and take a left into the parking lot. The Seattle Indian Health Board’s clinic and administrative offices are located at the corner of 12th Avenue South and Weller Street. The clinic is located in the Leschi Center which is on the west side of 12th Avenue South. The administrative offices are in the Pearl Warren Building located on the east side of 12th Avenue. The facilities are directly north of the Jose Rizal Bridge (12th Avenue Bridge) and just 10 blocks east of the new sports stadiums. Parking Visitor parking is available in front of the Leschi Center complex or in the parking lot directly below the Pearl Warren Building. Visitor parking is marked at the Pearl Warren Building.
